You should be max level and have your economy sorted out before trying to be a pirate. Respawning is finicky at best and if you're not careful a death in Halcyona Gulf can send you all the way back to Growlgate.ħ. Peace time in variable zones has no effect on pirates being attackable, but we can't start any fights there. All guards, even so-called neutral ones are always after you. Getting killed in faction controlled land or water gets you 40 minutes in jail if you take the guilty plea, and up to 48 if you risk the trial. What's so bad about being a pirate? Everything else. As of now the cushion used to train languages of the other side are bugged so pirates can't use them.ĥ. Pirates are green to each other but we still speak the language of your race only.
